Reflections are one of my favourite things to paint right now. I can lose myself in the colours and the ripples for hours! These ones were in the harbour in Sanary sur Mer, in Provence, France, where there are masses of beautiful old fishing boats, and lots and lots of wonderful reflections
About Jackie Sherwood
I am an Australian artist, currently living in Greece, but travelling between Australia, New Zealand, Greece and France and wherever else takes my fancy in between! I work mostly in acrylics and also collage, and love using black linework as well. I aim to capture the feeling of the places I visit, and am inspired by water, rooftops, boats and anything else that gives off the essense of the country I'm visiting.
